  • All food brought into the event center must be from an insured and licensed food provider. All caterers / restaurants must provide the center with an updated COI to enter the center.

  • Yes, however there are restrictions on how it is served. Must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service. Please ask Saraland Event Center staff for preferred vendor. If alcohol is served, the renter must may for security scheduled by the Event Center staff.

  • All bookings must be for the entire time needed to access the space, including set up, decorating and clean up / take down.

    • Fill out a contact form

    • Call and schedule a tour

    • Accept and sign a rental agreement

    • Pay the Good Faith Deposit to book your event

    • Nothing is secure until these two items are complete!

  • If you are planning to hang a sign, please visit the Planning Department (across the hall from the event center) to apply and pay for your signage.
