  • All food brought into the event center must be from an insured and licensed food provider. All caterers / restaurants must provide the center with an updated COI to enter the center.

  • Yes, however there are restrictions on how it is served. Bottles Up, Inc is our vendor for all bartending services. If alcohol will be served, the renter will be responsible for paying for security scheduled by the Event Center staff. The security charge will be included in the agreement with the Saraland Event Center. Bottles Up, Inc will provide their own invoice to the customer for bartending services.

  • All bookings must be for the entire time needed to access the space, including set up, decorating and clean up / take down.

    • Fill out a contact form

    • Call and schedule a tour

    • Accept and sign a rental agreement

    • Pay the Good Faith Deposit to book your event

    • Nothing is secure until these two items are complete!

  • If you are planning to hang a sign, please visit the Planning Department (across the hall from the event center) to apply and pay for your signage.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be responsible for the full rental fee. Saraland Event Center reserves the right to cancel this Agreement due to emergencies, facility issues, or force majeure, in which case all payments will be refunded. 

    Refunds will be issued on the following scale:  

    Cancellations over 90 days from event will receive a 100% refund 

    Cancellations between 61-90 days from event will receive a 75% refund 

    Cancellations between 31-60 days from event will receive a 50% refund 

    Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund.
