Yes, Saraland Event Center offers tours by appointment. Call 251-243-1741 to schedule.

Yes, outside decortations are allowed. However, there are a few restrictions that can be explained by management. (Ex. flameless candles only and no confetti).

Delta Room 1700 sq ft / 30-80 people / $100 an hour
Jubilee Room 2000 sq ft plus outdoor patio / 50-120 people / $150 an hour
Genesis Room 17,000 sq ft / over 120 people / $1500 for the day

For groups larger than 100 people, food must be from an insured and licensed food provider. All caterers / restaurants must provide the center with an updated COI to enter the center. Venue rentals with under 100 guests, renter can bring in their own prepared food.

Yes, however there are restrictions on how it is served. Bottles Up, Inc is our vendor for all bartending services. If alcohol will be served, the renter will be responsible for paying for security scheduled by the Event Center staff. The security charge will be included in the agreement with the Saraland Event Center. Bottles Up, Inc will provide their own invoice to the customer for bartending services.

This is negotiable, depending upon what else is scheduled at the Saraland Event Center. We wish for everyone to have enough time to set up and clean up their event.

If you are planning to hang a sign, please visit the Planning Department (across the hall from the event center) to apply and pay for your signage.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be responsible for the full rental fee. Saraland Event Center reserves the right to cancel this Agreement due to emergencies, facility issues, or force majeure, in which case all payments will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations over 90 days from event will receive a 100% refund
Cancellations between 61-90 days from event will receive a 75% refund
Cancellations between 31-60 days from event will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund.
